Sound familiar?

You don't need another compliance lecture.

You need a partner who understands your operations and helps you make real, measurable progress — before the next inspection or incident forces the issue.

01

EH&S team stretched thin

Your safety lead just left, a new requirement landed from corporate, or your one safety person is also wearing two other hats.

02

Programs are out of date

Policies were written years ago. Training records are inconsistent. You're not sure what would surface in a serious audit.

03

OSHA is on the radar

You've had a recent visit, citation, complaint, or near-miss — and the clock is ticking on corrective action.

04

Production has to keep moving

You can't pause operations to do a 6-month overhaul. You need triage that's prioritized, realistic, and actually gets done.

Four Service Pillars

How we help — start where it matters

Every engagement is sized to your operation, budget, and risk profile. Most clients start with a gap analysis and grow from there.

Start Here

Health & Safety Gap Analysis

Send us your policies, programs, and training records. We deliver a detailed report identifying gaps against OSHA standards, industry best practices, and your corporate requirements — with a prioritized action plan you can execute against.

  • Available entirely remote — no site visit required
  • Prioritized findings (high / medium / low risk)
  • OSHA standard citations + enforcement exposure
  • Action plan ranked by impact and effort

Compliance Audits

On-site compliance reviews tailored to your operation — machine guarding, lockout/tagout, electrical safety, emergency action plans, HAZCOM, and more. Each audit produces a detailed report you can defend to corporate or to OSHA.

  • Findings tied to specific standards & sections
  • Recommended corrective actions per finding
  • Potential enforcement exposure flagged
  • Optional follow-up to verify closure

Safety Management Solutions

Flexible, on-demand safety leadership when you need it. Bridge a staffing gap, augment your in-house EH&S team during peak periods, or get dedicated expertise through reporting season, an OSHA audit, or a leadership transition.

  • Interim / fractional safety director
  • EH&S team augmentation
  • Reporting season & audit coverage
  • Mentorship for emerging safety leaders

Custom Training Programs

OSHA 10/30-hour, HAZWOPER, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid, machine guarding, and more — delivered on-site or through ONE Academy, our online learning platform. We also develop site-specific content built around your actual equipment and processes.

  • On-site instructor-led at your facility
  • Self-paced online via ONE Academy
  • Custom courses with your equipment & video
  • Certificates of completion & training records
How it works

From first call to closed gaps in weeks, not quarters

1

Free consultation

A 30-minute call to understand your operation, current safety posture, and what's prompting the conversation. No commitment.

2

Scoped proposal

A clear, fixed-scope proposal — gap analysis, audit, training, or interim management — with timeline and deliverables.

3

Engagement

We do the work — remotely or on-site — with regular check-ins so you're never in the dark on findings or progress.

4

Action plan + close-out

A defensible, prioritized report with corrective actions you can execute. Optional follow-up to verify closure.

Where Are You on the Curve?

The Five Levels of Safety Maturity

Most organizations sit somewhere between Reactive and Compliance. Our work helps you move up the curve — toward a culture where safety is a daily commitment, not a quarterly fire drill.

The Five Levels of Safety Maturity: Pathological, Reactive, Compliance, Proactive, Transformative
1

Pathological

"Who cares as long as we're not caught." Safety is friction. Incidents are hidden.

2

Reactive

Safety matters after something bad happens. Investigations are about blame, not learning.

3

Compliance

We do what's required. Programs exist on paper. Most U.S. employers sit here.

4

Proactive

We anticipate risk. Leading indicators drive decisions. Safety improves outcomes.

5

Transformative

Safety is a shared identity. Every person, every shift, every decision.

What You'll Receive

  • Potential enforcement exposure flagged
  • Executive summary suitable for leadership / corporate review
  • Optional follow-up engagement to verify closure

FAQ

Common questions

What does a gap analysis cost, and how long does it take?
Gap analyses are scoped to the size and complexity of your operation. Most engagements are fixed-scope — you'll see a clear proposal with timeline and deliverables before we begin. Many remote analyses are completed within 2–4 weeks of receiving your documents. The initial consultation is free with no obligation.
Do you work remotely, or do you need to be on-site?
Both. Gap analyses are typically remote — we review your policies, programs, training records, and documentation off-site and deliver a written report. Compliance audits, training, and many interim safety management engagements are on-site. We commonly serve clients across SC, NC, GA, FL, and beyond.
What if OSHA is already at our door — can you help under pressure?
Yes. We regularly support clients responding to OSHA inspections, citations, and informal conferences. We help you understand what's been cited, what the corrective action standard is, what a defensible response looks like, and how to close the loop with documentation that holds up. Reach out immediately — timing matters.
How is ONE different from ex-OSHA compliance consultants?
Our director's experience is industry-embedded, not enforcement-based. He's spent 24+ years inside operations — chemical, automotive, DoD, academic — meaning he understands the production realities, budget constraints, and people dynamics that determine whether a safety program actually works. He's also a former OSHA Training Institute educator, so he knows what regulators look for. You get both perspectives.
Do you offer OSHA 10/30-hour cards?
Yes — both OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour General Industry are delivered as OSHA-authorized courses. Participants who complete successfully receive an official OSHA card. Courses can be delivered on-site at your facility or, in some configurations, online.
Can you train using our actual equipment and processes?
Yes. Many of our most-requested engagements are custom, site-specific training built around your equipment, your procedures, and even video footage from your facility. Pricing reflects the additional development work, and the result is training your operators recognize and apply.
What does interim safety management look like in practice?
It varies by need — fractional support during a leadership transition, dedicated coverage during reporting season or an audit, or augmentation when your team is stretched thin. We scope each engagement based on hours per week, on-site cadence, and which functions you need us to own. No long-term commitment required.
We're a small company without a dedicated safety person. Are we a fit?
Absolutely. We work with everyone from small employers with no formal EH&S infrastructure to Fortune 100 manufacturers. For smaller organizations, a remote gap analysis is often the most cost-effective starting point — it shows you what matters most and gives you a defensible action plan to work against.
Do you also handle environmental compliance?
Yes — that's the integrated EH&S advantage. ONE Environmental Group provides air, water, waste, and broader environmental consulting services alongside our health & safety offerings. One relationship, one team, one call.
